How do I choose the right size?

Our shoes generally fit true to size. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide available on each product page to find your perfect fit based on foot length measurements.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. To be eligible, shoes must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Are Neemans shoes machine washable?

Yes, most of our Merino wool and knitted sneakers are machine washable. We recommend removing the insoles and laces, using a gentle cycle with cold water, and air-drying them.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
